For decades, women have bought into the myth that after 40, we just have to accept weight gain, fatigue, strength loss, and feelings of "blah". The truth is, you have the power to change all of it. You just need the right strategy to counteract the hormonal shifts that cause these symptoms.
For years, we've trained like men and it doesn't work for peri-menopausal and menopausal women. You must adapt your workouts & your nutrition to decrease body fat, increase lean muscle, improve bone density, reduce risk of injury and illness and decrease your cortisol (stress hormones).
